A Constant Evolution
In this pursuit, Deloitte wanted to leverage our history and position as a trusted advisor to extend our engagement contract with talent mobility. The challenge faced was that their most recent Talent Mobility leader had unexpectedly left her position, and her successor would not be named until months after the pursuit. We had to present not just history, but future history, to paint a picture of how we had helped - and would continue to help build momentum through disruption.
Realizing that GES had implemented service innovations from an initiative called Project North Star, we wove the idea of being a constant guide for J&J through an interactive PDF and a timeline video. We had helped them through several vendor transitions and onboarded several of their executives. A visionary yet flexible roadmap had been put in place, but the person who spearheaded it on their side was gone. In addition to the proposal highlighting the already highly rated service and proposed initiatives, we created a video that reviewed the major achievements we had made together, acknowledged the changes the past year had brought, and communicated warmth, constancy, and innovation for the future.
