This story showcased the Deloitte team’s ability to work together across tax areas and offices. We focused on our real estate practice leadership and offered a glimpse of our retail consulting capabilities to convey our understanding of Vestar’s larger business.
Since Vestar had been working with KPMG for nearly a decade, we wanted to build a sense of familiarity with our team and show that we could bring a personal touch and cohesiveness around their needs.
Scripted so that team members could finish each other’s thoughts and show seamless collaboration. Spoke directly to the client using “you” statements.
